A comprehensive software program managing data and to generate reports has been developed for Aziznagar village for immunization of children and pregnant women, with the help of “REACH” team.
Data thus collected for the entire population of Aziznagar Village, being our initial Project as per “REACH” format,
- enable future update in terms of health related information of village people.
- information on employment and economical status of the families
- check list and alert reports to achieve the immunization target on time.
- education and employment status of youth both male & female.
