KMRF- healthcare team in the month of March, 2021 went door to door visit in the demarcated area of 107 & 109 in Aziznagar, Murthuzaguda and Kasimbowli  villages and motivated   the Hypertension and diabetics patients to take regular medicine and for their regular health check-up.

The health care team regularly visited for ten days and motivated the Hypertension patients and Diabetic patients to take medicine from the Primary health centre or from the private hospitals and for their regular health check –up at the health centre. Our health care team visited each village and motivated the whole day for the immunization in Aziznagar, Nagireddyguda, Bakaram, Kasimbowli and Murthuzaguda. They also motivated the parents of the children who are all below 10 months to take the vaccine for their kids. KMRF also motivated the pregnant women to take their vaccine without any default.

One of our team members visited the Primary Health Care Centre everyday in turn to cross check the total number of patients who came to take medicine and for the regular check-up. At the same time our team member collected the data on the number of patients taking medicine from the primary health centre, from the private medical store,  who are all did not take any medicine, so that our team will analyse and  plan to motivate them for the next visit.

The 104 government mobile health care vehicle distribute the medicine on the second Wednesday of  every month in Aziz Nagar and Saturday  in Murthuzaguda villages. On that day our health care team visited the village and  motivated the Hypertension and Diabetic patients to take  medicine from them for that month.

We motivated our school non-teaching staff who are all having Hypertension and diabetics to take regular medicine. We motivated 26 Hypertension patients, 7 diabetics patients and  4 of them for Hypertension and diabetics patients to take medical check-up. Our Health care team staff took them to the primary health centre for their health check-up. From which 10 of the SIS non-teaching staff have taken medicine from the primary health care centre and rest of them are taking their medicine privately.
