Meeting with visiting faculty from U.S.A

KMR Foundation had an interactive session with visiting Faculty Ms. Elaine Murphy, Academic Coordinator & Ms. Laila Kharat, French Teacher from Episcopal School Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. After a short briefing on KMRF programmes and activities and an exchange of mutual thoughts and ideas, Ms. Elain Murphy expressed her wish to chart out a program for community service in Aziznagar village on selective area for their students intend to visit us in coming year.
Foundation team took them a short tour of Aziznagar village where the foundation has been engaged in activities and programs on Health Care, Youth Skill Development program and Educational Support to adopted local Govt. Schools.
Ms. Elaine Murphy and Ms. Laila Kharat visited the village schools. All the students were very happy and entertained them with their songs. They were the guest of honour of the day and distributed note books to children donated by the foundation.
Also visited our training centre where around 20 village women are getting trained in ‘Zari work”on fabrics. They were quite impressed about the training and the interest shown by the students in learning. The tutor Mr.Yunis was patiently explaining them about the intricacy of the design and how to work on it.
